How to be a good leader? To be a good leader you must be a good follower first.A good example of a good leader is the team captain of the Philippines Gilas "Jimmy Alapag". He is a good player, a good follower tho. Because at first he is ot a member of gilas. But he waits for his turn to be a player then. He go hard for trainings, eventhough his team in PBA"Talk n Txt" are not successful in getting the championship crown. He pursue to get his main goal.To be a captain and lead his teamates to the journey. then in the time goes by at the time he was the member of the Gilas Team. He had given a chance to lead and be the team captain. It was a big challenge for him because its not onlly PBA, but it is the selected players from all the other team in PBA. He knew that it was a hard goal for him but he is so determined to lead them. So when the times that he was needed in the team and need to perform.




 The presents of Jimmy Alapag arises then. And a victory that when he leads them, they qualify in the Fiba World Cup #GilasPilipinas!
